  1. What is security code? Where can I get my security code?
    Rentalany.com uses security codes or Registration key to modify or delete account. You will get these code at the time of registration. If you forgot the code use the forgot password option in the login page. If you have any problems activating your account or using security codes, please contact our Customer Care Center support@rentalany.com
 
  2. Help! I can't remember my username and password.
    If you signed up with a valid email address, then click 'Forgot password" on the Login page to retrieve your username and password. Email addresses are case sensitive, so be sure to type it in the same way you did upon signup. If you do not have an email address, contact us to retrieve your information.
 
  3. When I try to login nothing happens. Why?
   

If you have a personal firewall running on your computer such as "Zone Alarm" or "Norton Internet Security" you will have difficulties logging in and navigating our website. The easiest method is to disable your firewall for the duration of your visit to our site, but be sure to reactivate it once you have placed your listing. You can also add our website into your "safe zone". Also, make sure JAVA is enabled.

 
  4. How do I add photos to my listing?
    Currently we are not included such facility, but it will include soon.
 
  5. How do I check the status of my listing?
    Login to your account. If you are unable to login means your account is deleted. Please contact us to activate your listing
 
  6. How do I change my personal information?
    To change your personal information, click 'My Details' on the management tools menu. Submit the information to the online form.
 
  7. How do I edit my listing once it's online?
    Login and click 'Modify' on the management tools menu and submit the information for editing.
   
  8. How do I change my listing category?
    To change the category of your listing you must contact us.
 
  9. How do I change the address on my listing?
    To change the address of your listing you must contact us.
   
  10. What is Delisting?
    De-listing a Rental Listing will cancel any remaining time chosen to be advertised and assumes that you have been successful in finding a tenant for your rental property.
